Challenge and Growth

We hire people at all levels from Novice—to CNC Programmer—to Degreed Engineer. Our company goal is to promote from within. To accomplish this goal requires effort on everyone’s part. Every employee is encouraged to share their knowledge and experience with their subordinates helping to develop employees that can take on additional responsibilities. In addition, we currently provide training programs in Technical Math 1 & 2, Blueprint reading, Metrology Measurement, G D & T, Machining Principles, and SPC.
