Job Type	Description
CNC Machinists	Ability to operate CNC controlled equipment. Use of measuring instruments and ability to read precision component blueprints with GD&T.
CNC Set-Up Operators	Ability to Set –up and operate CNC controlled mills, lathes and EDM. Ability to read and edit programs, set-up tooling and perform basic machine maintenance functions. Use of advanced measuring instruments and ability to read precision component blueprints with GD&T.
CNC Programmers	Ability to take customer drawing or solid model of complex precision machined components and create programs for a variety of CNC controlled equipment. Use of programming software such as Mastercam, Unigraphics, Esprit, Partmaker, or similar.
CNC Engineers	Work with production personnel to develop or improve machine processes and reduce cycle times. Work with Product Engineers to design and develop new parts and processes to manufacture parts. Interface with customers to improve part quality and address manufacturing issues. Must have ability to take customer drawing or solid model of complex precision machined components and create programs for a variety of CNC controlled equipment. Use of programming software such as Mastercam, Unigraphics, Esprit, Partmaker, or similar. Ability to design and build machine fixtures and gages. Must have knowledge of cutting tool technology and applications.
